摘要
目的 探讨小儿白血病患儿化疗过程中的规范化护理策略及其成效。方法 本研究纳入了本院60名小儿白血病患儿作为考察对象，依据护理模式的差异，随机将之分为两个组别：对照组（含30例，接受常规性护理）与研究组（含30例，执行规范化护理干预）。对两组患儿的护理效果进行了详尽且系统的对比分析。结果 相较于对照组，研究组展现出更高的化疗依从性，并且研究组的生活质量评分亦优于对照组。这些差异在统计学分析上均达到了显著程度（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿白血病患儿的护理实践中，实施规范化护理策略能够产生积极效应，有助于增强患儿的护理顺应性，并提升其生活质量水平。

Abstract
Objective To explore the standardized nursing strategies and their effectiveness in the process of chemotherapy for children with pediatric leukemia. Methods In this study, 60 children with pediatric leukemia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the differences in nursing models: control group (including 30 cases, receiving routine care) and study group (including 30 cases, implementing standardized nursing intervention). A detailed and systematic comparative analysis of the nursing effects of the two groups was conducted. Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed higher adherence to chemotherapy and the study group also had better quality of life scores than the control group. These differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing practice of children with pediatric leukemia, the implementation of standardized nursing strategies can have a positive effect, which can help to enhance the care compliance and improve the quality of life of children.
