Qualitative study on the outpatient nursing service needs of primary caregivers for childhood epilepsy
儿童癫痫主要照顾者院外护理服务需求的质性研究

摘要

目的 了解儿童癫痫主要照顾者院外护理服务需求。方法 采用现象学研究法，选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间，儿童癫痫患儿主要照顾者共10例，作为此次研究对象。开展半结构式访谈，通过质性研究分析法对所得资料进行全面的整理与分析。结果 儿童癫痫患儿主要照顾者存在4个方面的主要需求，包括信息需求，健康生活指导需求，心理需求以及社会支持需求。结论 儿童癫痫主要照顾者在回归家庭环节后所需的院外护理服务需求呈现出多样化的特点，需及时完善延续性护理服务，予以其全面，连续且具有针对性的延申护理干预，确保其能够有效应对。

Abstract

Objective To understand the needs of primary caregivers for pediatric epilepsy for out of hospital nursing services.
Methods The phenomenological research method was used to select 10 primary caregivers of children with epilepsy from January 2024 to December 2024 as the subjects of this study. Conduct semi-structured interviews and comprehensively organize and analyze the obtained data through qualitative research analysis methods. The main caregivers of children with epilepsy have four main needs, including information needs, health guidance needs, psychological needs, and social support needs.
Conclusion   The main caregivers of children with epilepsy have diverse demands for out of hospital nursing services after returning to the family stage. In response to this situation, it is necessary to timely improve continuity of care services and provide comprehensive, continuous, and targeted extended nursing interventions to ensure effective response and maximize the quality of care for children with epilepsy.
