摘要
目的 观察分析对自闭症患儿实施康复护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择院内就诊的60例自闭症患儿（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2023年5月至2024年5月），以随机数字为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，康复护理。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（康复护理）症状严重程度评分（语言症状/社交症状/感觉症状/行为症状）更低，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能/总体健康）更高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 康复护理可以有效促进自闭症患儿症状缓解，改善生活质量，促进恢复，有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective Observation and analysis of the clinical effectiveness and application value of rehabilitation nursing for children with autism. Methods Sixty children with autism who received treatment in the hospital were selected (sample included: 60 cases; sample included time: May 2023 to May 2024), and were randomly divided into two groups based on numbers: control group and experimental group. The number of observed cases was highly consistent. Implement routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing separately. Collect and analyze nursing outcomes. Results Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the experimental group (rehabilitation nursing) had lower symptom severity scores (language symptoms/social symptoms/sensory symptoms/behavioral symptoms) and higher quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function/overall health), with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote symptom relief, improve quality of life, and facilitate recovery in children with autism, and has high practical value.
