摘要
目的 研究前瞻性护理干预在静脉治疗风险管理中的效果。方法 2022年10月到2023年10月间开展本次对比实验。纳入实验样本均是在我院行静脉治疗患者（共计100例），所有参与者进行双盲随机法分成对照组与观察组，各组纳入50例患者，将相关数据予以统计分析作为此次研究价值的参考依据。结果 观察组效果较为理想且可实施性能较高，考察各项指标评分均显优，较另一组（P＜0.05）实验数据有价值体现。结论 前瞻性护理干预在静脉治疗风险管理中的有效实施，可使输液工具的选择更具有正确性，同时降低并发症发生风险，满足患者护理需求，值得临床推广及使用。

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of prospective nursing intervention in the risk management of intravenous therapy. Methods This comparative experiment will be conducted from October 2022 to October 2023. All the included experimental samples were patients treated in our hospital (100 cases). All participants were divided into control group and observation group. 50 patients were included in each group. Relevant data were analyzed as the reference basis for the value of this study. Results The effect of the observation group was ideal and the implementation performance was high, and the scores of all indicators were excellent, which was more valuable than the experimental data of the other group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effective implementation of prospective nursing intervention in THE risk management of intravenous therapy can make the choice of infusion tools more correct, reduce the risk of complications, and meet the nursing needs of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
