Research on early warning nursing intervention in pediatric fever care
预警护理干预在小儿发热护理中的研究

摘要

目的 探讨预警护理干预在小儿发热护理中的应用效果。方法 于2024年1月-2024年12月，选取本院收治的60例发热患儿，按随机数据表法分为两组：对照组（n=30例）和研究组（n=30例），分别给予常规护理干预、预警护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果 入院时，两组患儿体温对比无明显差异（P＞0.05）；入院第2d、3d，研究组患儿体温明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；比较两组患儿护理依从性，研究组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 预警护理干预可有效降低发热患儿体温，提高护理依从性，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of early warning nursing intervention in the care of pediatric fever.
Methods From January 2024 to December 2024, 60 febrile children admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random data table method: a control group (n=30) and a study group (n=30). They were given routine nursing intervention and early warning nursing intervention, respectively, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results At admission, there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups of children (P>0.05); On the 2nd and 3rd day of admission, the body temperature of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Comparing the nursing compliance of two groups of children, the study group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early warning nursing intervention can effectively reduce the body temperature of febrile children, improve nursing compliance, and has clinical promotion value.
