个性化血糖管理护理干预对ICU血糖管理的效果

摘要

目的 探究分析个性化血糖管理护理干预对ICU血糖管理的效果。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年9月期间，院内ICU患者共100例，作为此次研究对象。应用随机数表法，将100例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理管理，观察组采用个性化血糖护理管理，对比两组血糖指标以及生活质量。结果 干预前：两组血糖水平以及SF-36评分对比无差异，P＞0.05，干预后观察组血糖水平低于对照组，P＜0.05，观察组SF-36评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 将个性化血糖护理管理融入ICU血糖管理工作之中，对于改善患者血糖指标以及生活质量均具有积极的意义，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of personalized blood glucose management nursing intervention on ICU blood glucose management.
Methods A total of 100 ICU patients from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Using the random number table method, 100 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing management, while the observation group received personalized blood glucose nursing management. The blood glucose indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Before intervention, there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels and SF-36 scores between the two groups, P＞0.05, After intervention, the blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P＜0.05, The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Integrating personalized blood glucose care management into ICU blood glucose management has positive significance for improving patients' blood glucose indicators and quality of life, and is worthy of promotion and application.
