以核心问题为主导的循证护理实践教学在心血管外科临床护理带教中的应用效果及可行性分析

摘要

目的 分析以核心问题为主导的循证护理实践教学在心血管外科临床护理带教中的应用效果及可行性。方法 取2024年1月-2024年12月100例我院心血管外科临床护理实习生100例作为研究对象,根据入科时间,将其均分研究组和参照组,参照组予以常规带教方法,研究组实施以核心问题为主导的循证护理实践教学,对比教学效果,测评实习生考核成绩、综合能力评分、统计教学满意度,记录各项数据进行两组对比。结果 理论考核成绩、实践操作成绩、自学能力、临床问题解决能力、健康宣教能力、沟通交流能力、创新能力、教学总满意率各项数据,研究组对比参照组高,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 以核心问题为主导的循证护理实践教学在心血管外科临床护理带教中的应用效果显著,能够提升实习生的综合能力,增强带教效果,提升满意度,具有较高的可行性,具有推广及使用的价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness and feasibility of evidence-based nursing practice teaching in clinical nursing teaching in cardiovascular surgery.
Methods from January 2024-2024 December 100 cases of cardiovascular surgery clinical nursing interns in 100 cases as the research object, according to the time, the average research group and reference group, reference group to conventional teaching method, the core group of evidence-based nursing practice teaching, contrast teaching effect, assessment intern assessment result, comprehensive ability score, statistical teaching satisfaction, record the data for two groups.
Results The data of theoretical assessment results, practical operation performance, self-study ability, clinical problem solving ability, health education ability, communication ability, innovation ability, and teaching overall satisfaction rate were high compared with the reference group, with significant differences (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The application effect of evidence-based nursing practice teaching led by core problems in clinical nursing teaching of cardiovascular surgery is remarkable, which can improve the comprehensive ability of interns, enhance the teaching effect and improve the satisfaction, has a high feasibility, and has the value of promotion and use.
