责任制整体护理在股骨粗隆间骨折术后中的应用

摘要

目的 分析责任制整体护理在股骨粗隆间骨折（ITF）术后患者中的应用效果，希望能为临床研究提供理论与实践依据。方法 设立2023年2月至2024年2月为研究期限，纳入86例接受ITF手术治疗的患者为研究样本，按照数字编号法进行组间划分，单号设为参照组（n=43）：实施常规护理，双号设为研究组（n=43）：实施责任制整体护理，最终对比两组干预效果。比对数据包括：手术相关指标、疼痛程度(VAS)、髋关节功能（HHS）、心理状态（CD-RISC）、生活质量（WHOQOL-100）、并发症发生率。结果 统计学分析后发现，研究组患者在各项评分方面体现则更显优异，在并发症发生率方面体现，则数值更低，均显优参照组P＜0.05，值得探讨。结论 在本项研究中，有针对性的对责任制整体护理在股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者中的应用价值展开分析探讨，旨在通过对比形式令不同护理护理服务方案的优劣差异尽显，结果所得清晰，研究组采用方案不仅能切实优化手术相关指标，缓解患者疼痛症状，改善髋关节功能及不良心理状态，同时还可显著提高患者生活质量，应用价值显著，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of holistic care in patients with intertrochanteric fracture (ITF), hoping to provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical research.
Methods From February 2023 to February 2024 in the study, 86 patients undergoing ITF surgical treatment were included as the study sample. Groups were divided according to the numbering method, single number was set as reference group (n=43): routine care was implemented, double number was set as study group (n=43): the responsibility system of overall care was implemented, and finally compared the intervention effect of the two groups. The comparison data included: procedure-related indicators, level of pain (VAS), hip function (HHS), psychological status (CD-RISC), quality of life (WHOQOL-100), and complication rate.
Results After statistical analysis, it was found that the patients in the study group and the complication rate were lower, with P <0.05, which was worth discussing.
Conclusion   In this study, targeted to responsibility overall care in intertrochanteric fracture postoperative application value analysis, aims to compare the form of different nursing service quality difference, the results are clear, the group can not only optimize operation related indicators, relieve pain symptoms, improve the hip function and bad psychological state, but also can significantly improve the quality of life, patient application value is significant, is worth promoting.
