Experience of optimal perioperative nursing for acute myocardial infarction
急性心肌梗塞介入术优化围手术期护理体会

摘要

目的 分析体会在急性心肌梗塞介入术患者中实施优化围手术期护理的临床效果。方法 随机筛选2022年01月至2022年12月我院心血管内科病房住院的急性心肌梗塞患者80例作为对照组，将2023年01月至2023年12月收治的80例患者作为观察组，两组患者均接受介入治疗，治疗期间给予对照组常规护理，给予观察组优化围手术期护理，对比分析两组最终获得的护理效果。结果 两组最终结果比较显示，观察组患者遵医行为与对照组相比显著提升，治疗期间患者的焦虑情绪改善效果优于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，最终取得的护理满意度高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 对急性心肌梗塞介入术治疗患者及时开展优化围手术期护理干预，可进一步提升临床护理服务质量和患者的遵医行为，改善患者的负性情绪，减少并发症发生，提高临床护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and experience the clinical effect of optimizing perioperative nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing interventional surgery.
Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were hospitalized in the cardiovascular department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the control group, and 80 patients who were admitted from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group. Both groups of patients received interventional treatment. During the treatment, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given optimized perioperative nursing. The final nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The final results of the two groups showed that the compliance behavior of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group. The improvement effect of the anxiety of the patients during the treatment was better than that of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the final nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Timely optimization of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing interventional treatment can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services and the compliance behavior of patients, improve patients' negative emotions, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve clinical nursing satisfaction.
