摘要
目的 探析护理部区域化负责制在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2023年2月至12月（实施前，采用常规管理模式）与2024年1月至11月（实施后，实施区域化负责制）期间的50例护理人员为研究对象，两个时间段的护理人员均为同一批。对比实施前后的护理质量评分、患者满意度。结果 实施后的护理质量评分显著高于实施前，具有显著差异（P<0.05）；实施后的患者满意度显著高于实施前，具有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论 护理部区域化负责制能够显著提升护理质量及患者满意度，值得进一步推广及应用。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of regional responsibility system in nursing quality management. Methods 50 nursing staff from our hospital from February to December 2023 (before implementation, using conventional management mode) and from January to November 2024 (after implementation, implementing regional responsibility system) were selected as the research subjects. The nursing staff in both time periods were from the same batch. Compare the nursing quality score, complaint rate, and dispute rate before and after implementation. Results Care quality scores were significantly higher than before implementation (P <0.05); patient satisfaction was significantly higher than before implementation, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The regional responsibility system of nursing department can significantly improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
