摘要
目的 探讨门诊糖尿病患者康复护理中开展综合性健康教育的应用效果。方法 此次研究中病例筛选2023年6月～2024年6月期间门诊接收的糖尿病患者89例，以随机数字表法分成观察组45例和对照组44例,观察组给予综合性健康教育护理，对照组给予门诊常规健康教育护理，将两种护理模式取得的临床效果进行对比分析。结果 观察组患者对疾病健康知识掌握度及日常自我管理能力与对照组相比均提高，血糖控制效果优于对照组，最终患者生活质量评分高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 在门诊糖尿病患者康复护理中实施综合性健康教育护理干预，可进一步提升患者的认知度以及自护能力，从而提高血糖控制效果，减轻疾病危害性，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive health education in the rehabilitation nursing of outpatient diabetic patients. Methods In this study, a total of 89 diabetic patients admitted to the outpatient department from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group (45 cases) and the control group (44 cases) by random number table method. The observation group was given comprehensive health education nursing, and the control group was given routine health education nursing. The clinical effects of the two nursing modes were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the knowledge of disease health and the ability of daily self-management were improved in the observation group, the blood glucose control effect was better than that in the control group, and the final quality of life score of the patients was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive health education and nursing intervention in the rehabilitation nursing of outpatient diabetic patients can further enhance the awareness and self-care ability of patients, thereby improving the effect of blood sugar control, reducing the harm of the disease and improving the quality of life of patients.
