The effect of predictive care in elderly patients with neurological deafness and tinnitus
正性暗示下预见性护理对老年神经性耳聋耳鸣患者的效果

摘要

目的 研究在耳聋耳鸣患者中开展正性暗示下预见性护理的应用效果。方法 本次研究对象筛选2023年9月至2024年9月期间来我院接受治疗的老年神经性耳聋耳鸣患者80例，运用随机数字表法分成两组开展护理研究，组别包括观察组和对照组，每一组各有患者40例。对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组开展正性暗示下预见性护理，将两种护理模式获得的效果进行对比分析。结果 两组结果比较后显示，观察组患者焦虑情绪改善效果优于对照组，遵医行为评分高于对照组，耳聋耳鸣症状改善时间短于对照组，睡眠质量和生活质量改善效果优于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 将正性暗示下预见性护理应用于老年神经性耳聋耳鸣患者管理中，可进一步提升临床护理服务质量，帮助患者改善负性情绪，提高患者的遵医行为和症状改善效率，从而改善患者的睡眠质量和生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of proactive care in patients with deafness and tinnitus.
Methods In this study, we screened 80 cases of senile neurological deafness and tinnitus patients who came to our hospital for treatment from September 2023 to September 2024. They were divided into two groups to carry out nursing research, including observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, and the observation group conducted predictive care under positive implication, and compared the obtained results of the two nursing modes.
Results Comparing the results of the two groups showed that the improvement of anxiety in the observation group was better than that of the control group, the compliance behavior score was higher than that of the control group, the improvement time of deafness and tinnitus symptoms was shorter than that of the control group, and the improvement of sleep quality and quality of life was better than that of the control group, (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The application of positive implication predictive nursing in the management of elderly patients with neurological deafness and tinnitus can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services, help patients improve negative emotions, improve the efficiency of patient compliance behavior and symptoms, so as to improve the sleep quality and life quality of patients.
