摘要
目的 分析路径化中医护理方案联合保健模式对老年原发性高血压患者临床疗效的影响效果。方法将医院在2024年1月-2024年12月期间的100名患了老年原发性高血压患者选作这次对象，分为两组，用不一样的护理方式。对照组应用保健模式护理，观察组在对照组基础上加以路径化中医护理方案护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组自我管理能力评高于对照组，血压水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 路径化中医护理方案联合保健模式在老年原发性高血压患者护理过程中应用效果显著，可在临床护理中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of path-based TCM nursing program combined with health care model on clinical efficacy of elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 100 elderly patients with essential hypertension in the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups with different nursing methods. The control group was treated with health care model nursing, and the observation group was treated with path-based TCM nursing program on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The self-management ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the blood pressure level was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The path-based TCM nursing program combined with health care model has significant application effect in the nursing process of elderly patients with essential hypertension, and can be promoted and applied in clinical nursing.
