The influence of perioperative clinical nursing pathway on the clinical efficacy of orbital tumor resection patients
围手术期临床护理路径对眼眶肿瘤切除术患者临床疗效的影响

摘要

目的 分析围手术期临床护理路径对眼眶肿瘤切除术患者临床疗效的影响。方法 选取2023年1月至2025年1月接收的80例眼眶肿瘤切除术患者为研究对象，将其采取随机数表方式分组，即对照组（n=40，基础护理）与观察组（n=40，围手术期临床护理路径）。对比两组护理效果。结果 ①术后并发症发生率，观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。②康复结局，观察组护理后明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。③SF-36评分方面，观察组护理后明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。④护理满意度，观察组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 围手术期临床护理路径对眼眶肿瘤切除术患者临床疗效影响较大，能够降低并发症发生率，改善康复结局，提高生活水平，获得患者护理满意评价。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of perioperative clinical nursing pathways on the clinical efficacy of orbital tumor resection patients.
Methods 80 patients who underwent orbital tumor resection surgery from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=40, basic nursing) and an observation group (n=40, perioperative clinical nursing pathway) using a random number table. Compare the nursing effects of two groups.
Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) The rehabilitation outcome was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group after nursing (P<0.05) In terms of SF-36 score, the observation group showed a significant increase after nursing compared to the control group (P<0.05) Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The perioperative clinical nursing pathway has a significant impact on the clinical efficacy of orbital tumor resection patients, which can reduce the incidence of complications, improve rehabilitation outcomes, enhance living standards, and obtain patient nursing satisfaction evaluations.
