Application of intensive nursing intervention combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training in pelvic floor dysfunction diseases
强化护理干预结合盆底康复训练在盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在盆底功能障碍性疾病中，强化护理干预联合盆底康复训练方案的应用效果。方法 本研究在我院选取了70例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者作为研究对象，遵循随机分配原则，将这些患者均匀划分为两个组别：对照组（共计35例患者，仅接受盆底康复训练）与研究组（同样包含35例患者，采取强化护理干预联合盆底康复训练）。对两组患者的护理效果进行了全面且细致地对比分析。结果 相较于对照组，研究组的盆地功能障碍评分呈现显著降低，同时其性生活质量评分则明显增高，两组之间的差异具有高度的统计学显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 盆底功能障碍性疾病患者接受强化护理干预联合盆底康复训练，能够有效缓解其功能受限状况，提升患者的性生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of intensive nursing intervention combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training program in pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.
Methods this study in our hospital selected 70 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction disease as a research object, follow the principle of random allocation, these patients evenly divided into two groups: control group (a total of 35 patients, only accept pelvic floor rehabilitation training) and research group (also contains 35 patients, take intensive nursing intervention combined pelvic floor rehabilitation training). A comprehensive and detailed comparative analysis of the nursing effect of both groups was performed.
Results Compared with the control group, the basin dysfunction score was significantly lower, while the sexual quality of life score was significantly higher, and the difference between the two groups was highly statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Patients with pelvic floor dysfunction diseases receiving intensive nursing intervention combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training can effectively alleviate their functional restriction and improve the quality of sexual life of patients.
