摘要
目的 探讨全程精细化护理模式在埋伏多生牙手术中的应用。方法 选择我院于2023年1月-2024年12月期间收治的埋伏多生牙患者100例作为研究对象。将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规护理方法）和观察组（50例，采用全程精细化护理模式），对比两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的疼痛、肿胀评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对埋伏多生牙患者实施全程精细化护理模式取得明显效果，可显著降低并发症发生率，有效缓解疼痛感，提高护理满意度。在实际应用中展现出较高的价值，值得推广使用。

Abstract
Objective Exploring the application of a fully refined nursing model in the surgery of impacted supernumerary teeth. Methods Select 100 patients with impacted supernumerary teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, using conventional nursing methods) and an observation group (50 cases, using a fully refined nursing model), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The pain and swelling scores of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of a fully refined nursing model for patients with impacted supernumerary teeth has achieved significant results, significantly reducing the incidence of complications, effectively relieving pain, and improving nursing satisfaction. It has demonstrated high value in practical applications and is worth promoting and using.
