冠心病护理中社区护理干预的作用价值研究

摘要

目的 分析冠心病护理中社区护理干预的作用价值。方法 挑选社区医院两年期间收治的冠心病患者（样本纳入时间：2022年9月至2024年9月；样本纳入例数：94例）当作研究对象，以随机分组方法为分组原则，分为对照组（归类到该组的患者均进行常规护理，n=47）与研究组（归类到该组的患者均进行社区护理干预，n=47）。对比两组的心理状态、自我管理行为能力、生活质量。结果 在焦虑评分与抑郁评分上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在自我管理行为能力评分与生活质量评分上，研究组均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 社区护理干预用于冠心病患者的效果确切，有助于改善心理状态，增强自我管理行为能力，提升生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of community nursing intervention in coronary heart disease nursing.
Methods Coronary heart disease patients admitted to community hospitals during a two-year period (sample inclusion time: September 2022 to September 2024; sample inclusion number: 94 cases) were selected as the research subjects. Random grouping method was used as the grouping principle, and patients were divided into a control group (patients classified into this group received routine nursing, n=47) and a study group (patients classified into this group received community nursing intervention, n=47). Compare the psychological state, self-management behavior ability, and quality of life between the two groups.
Results In terms of anxiety and depression scores, the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). In terms of self-management behavior ability score and quality of life score, the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Community nursing intervention has a definite effect on patients with coronary heart disease, helping to improve their psychological state, enhance their self-management behavior ability, and improve their quality of life.
