分析康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍的改善效果

摘要

目的 分析脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍护理中应用康复护理对病情的改善效果。方法 选取我院收治的72例脑梗死患者进行研究，时间为2023年5月-2024年5月，采用双盲法划分小组，对照组与实验组均为36例。给予对照组常规护理，实验组常规护理+康复护理，比较两组的肢体功能障碍改善效果。结果 实验组的不良情绪改善情况、肢体运动功能优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对于脑梗死患者而言，出现肢体功能障碍后，通过康复护理可促进肢体运动功能恢复，改善患者的不良情绪，提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of rehabilitation nursing on the condition of limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction.
Methods 72 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected for the study from May 2023 to May 2024. The study was divided into two groups using a double-blind method, with 36 patients in both the control group and the experimental group. Provide routine care to the control group and routine care rehabilitation care to the experimental group and compare the improvement effects of limb dysfunction between the two groups.
Results The improvement of negative emotions, limb movement ability, and quality of life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with cerebral infarction, rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of limb motor function, improve their negative emotions, and enhance their quality of life after experiencing limb dysfunction.
