Analyze the effect of adopting quality care in the perioperative period of elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture
分析老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围术期中采用优质护理的效果

摘要

目的 探究老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折实施围术期护理指导，重点讨论优质护理的开展方式和有效对策。方法 选择我院2024年1月-2024年11月就诊的老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折80例，随机分2组，对照组为常规护理，观察组为优质护理，对比干预效果。结果 观察组患者术后3天VAS评分低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。两组生活质量WHOQOL-BREF量表比干预前有明显提高，观察组评分高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组并发症发生率比对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论 为老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者在围术期实施优质护理可以降低并发症发生率，减轻患者疼痛，提升患者围术期生活质量，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the implementation of perioperative nursing guidance for thoracolumbar compression fracture in the elderly, focusing on the development of quality nursing and effective countermeasures.
Methods Eighty cases of elderly thoracolumbar compression fractures treated in our hospital from January 2024 to November 2024 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was routine care and the observation group was quality care, and the intervention effect was compared.
Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the contrast difference was significant (P <0.05). The WHOQOL-BREF scale was significantly higher than before the intervention, the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05), the complication rate was lower than the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing quality nursing for elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture in the perioperative period can reduce the incidence of complications, reduce patients' pain and improve the quality of life in the perioperative period, which is worth promoting.
