Observation on the effect of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of thyroid surgery
优质护理应用于甲状腺围手术期的效果观察

摘要

目的 观察在甲状腺围手术期患者中开展优质护理的临床应用效果。方法 现将我院接收的甲状腺手术患者中抽取出100例开展分组护理研究，运用随机数字表法分成50例观察组与50例对照组，观察组患者接受优质护理，对照组患者给予常规护理,详细分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 观察组患者遵医行为和自我管理能力评分均高于对照组，术后疼痛程度轻于对照组，切口愈合和住院所用时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，最终患者生活质量评分高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在甲状腺疾病患者围手术期开展优质护理干预，可进一步提升临床护理质量和患者的遵医行为，减轻患者术后疼痛程度，减少并发症发生，促进患者术后身体恢复，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with thyroid perioperative period.
Methods A total of 100 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to our hospital were selected for group nursing research. They were divided into 50 observation groups and 50 control groups using random number table method. The patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing, and the patients in the control group received routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed in detail.
Results The scores of compliance behavior and self-management ability of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the degree of postoperative pain was lighter than that in the control group, the time for incision healing and hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the final quality of life score of the patients was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Carrying out high-quality nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with thyroid disease can further improve the quality of clinical nursing and the compliance behavior of patients, reduce the degree of postoperative pain of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, promote the physical recovery of patients after surgery, and improve the quality of life of patients.
