助产士门诊在产科专科护理中的应用及体会

摘要

目的 分析助产士门诊在产科专科护理中的应用及体会。方法 选择我门诊在2021年6—2024年6月收治的500例孕妇进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组250名孕妇，其中2021年6月份至2022年6月份为常规管理，为对照组，孕妇数量为250名，2022年7月份至2024年6月份为助产士门诊的专科护理，孕妇的数量为250名，分析两组产妇的顺产率、中转剖宫产率、护理纠纷率、护理满意度，分析两组产妇的产程时间。结果 通过在产科建立助产士门诊专科护理后，实验组产妇顺产率高于对照组，p<0.05，中转剖宫产率低于对照组，p<0.05，剖宫产率低于对照组，p<0.05，护理满意度以及产程时间优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 在产科门诊开展助产士专科护理，可以提升产妇顺产的机率，缩短产妇生产期间的产程，提升了护理满意度，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application and experience of midwifery clinic in obstetric specialist nursing.
Methods A total of 500 pregnant women admitted to our clinic from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 250 pregnant women in each group. From June 2021 to June 2022, routine management was performed, which was the control group, with 250 pregnant women, and from July 2022 to June 2024, specialist nursing was performed in the midwifery clinic, with 250 pregnant women. The normal delivery rate, cesarean section rate, nursing dispute rate, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of parturients were analyzed, and the labor time of the two groups of parturients was analyzed.
Results After establishing specialist nursing in the midwifery clinic in the obstetrics department, the normal delivery rate of the parturients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, p<0.05, the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group, p<0.05, the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group, p<0.05, and the nursing satisfaction and labor time were better than those in the control group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Carrying out midwifery specialist nursing in obstetric outpatient clinics can increase the chances of normal delivery, shorten the delivery process, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
