The application value of bundled nursing combined with ultra early rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage
集束化护理联合超早期康复护理在脑出血患者中的应用价值

摘要

目的 评估集束化护理结合超早期康复策略对脑出血病患的康复影响。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月期间，我院接收的64例脑出血患者，通过随机分配，对照组（接受标准护理）与观察组（实施集束化护理及超早期康复方案）各32例。对比两组的护理成效。结果 护理前，两组病患在神经功能及日常生活自理能力上的评分相近，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。护理实施后，观察组在上述两项指标的评分上均显著优于对照组，差异具备统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 集束化护理与超早期康复的联合应用，能有效提升脑出血患者的神经功能恢复，强化其日常生活能力。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the rehabilitation effect of bundled nursing combined with ultra early rehabilitation strategy on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods Sixty four patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly assigned to a control group (receiving standard care) and an observation group (implementing bundled care and ultra early rehabilitation program), with 32 patients in each group. Compare the nursing outcomes of the two groups.
Results Before nursing, the scores of neurological function and daily living self-care ability of the two groups of patients were similar, with no statistical difference (P>0.05). After the implementation of nursing, the observation group showed significantly better scores than the control group in the above two indicators, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combined application of bundled nursing and ultra early rehabilitation can effectively improve the neurological function recovery of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and enhance their daily living abilities.
