手术室护理应用不同体位摆放配合肛肠手术的有效性分析

摘要

目的 分析手术室护理应用不同体位摆放配合肛肠手术的有效性。方法 选择2024年1月份至2024年12月份收治的80例患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组提供不同体位摆放联合手术室护理，对比两组患者的临床症状改善时间、明确患者的舒适度以及疼痛程度。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理干预后，实验组患者的临床症状改善时间更短，p<0.05，对比患者的舒适度，实验组患者的舒适度高于对照组，p<0.05，评估患者的疼痛程度，实验组轻于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对肛肠手术的患者提供手术室护理应用不同体位摆放，可以改善患者的临床症状，提升患者的舒适度，减轻患者的疼痛程度，促进其恢复，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of different positions in operating room nursing combined with anorectal surgery.
Methods A total of 80 patients admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care while the experimental group provided combined operating room care with different body positions. The improvement time of clinical symptoms, comfort level and pain degree of patients were compared between the two groups.
Results After the two groups of patients were provided with different nursing interventions, the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter, p<0.05, compared with the comfort level of patients, the comfort level of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, p<0.05, the degree of pain of patients was assessed, and the experimental group was lighter than the control group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing operating room nursing for patients with anorectal surgery and applying different positions can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, enhance the comfort level of patients, reduce the pain degree of patients, and promote their recovery, which is worth advocating.
