摘要
目的 探讨渐进式康复护理在脊柱肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法 采用回顾性研究设计，选取2023年3月到2024年3月期间本院收治的脊柱肿瘤患者90例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45例，常规护理）与观察组（n=45例，渐进式康复护理）。对两组患者进行随访，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组自我管理能力、情绪调节能力、康复指数以及生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 渐进式康复护理能有效促进脊柱肿瘤患者术后恢复，提高生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal tumors. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 90 patients with spinal tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=45 cases, routine nursing) and observation group (n=45 cases, progressive rehabilitation nursing). The two groups of patients were followed up and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The self-management ability, emotion regulation ability, rehabilitation index and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Progressive rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the postoperative recovery and improve the quality of life of patients with spinal tumors, which is worthy of clinical application.
