减压病治疗中的高压氧护理效果观察及护理体会

摘要

目的 观察减压病治疗中高压氧护理的效果，总结护理过程中的体会与经验。方法 选取接受高压氧治疗的减压病患者为研究对象，通过实施个性化护理、心理护理及并发症预防策略，观察患者的治疗效果、症状改善情况及护理满意度。采用问卷调查、临床观察等方法收集数据，进行统计分析。结果 高压氧治疗改善了减压病患者的症状（p＜0.05）；个性化护理措施使护理更加贴合患者的实际需求；心理护理有效缓解了患者的心理压力；并发症预防策略降低了并发症发生率；患者对高压氧治疗及护理服务满意度较高。结论 高压氧治疗在减压病的治疗中具有重要作用，对保障治疗效果、提高患者满意度具有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen nursing in the treatment of decompression sickness, and summarize the experience and experience in the nursing process.
Methods Patients receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy were selected as subjects, and the therapeutic effect, symptom improvement and nursing satisfaction of patients were observed by implementing personalized nursing, psychological nursing and complication prevention strategies. Questionnaire survey, clinical observation and other methods were used to collect data and carry out statistical analysis.
Results Hyperbaric oxygen therapy improved the symptoms of decompression patients;（p＜0.05） Personalized nursing measures make nursing more suitable to the actual needs of patients; Psychological nursing effectively alleviates the psychological pressure of patients; The complication prevention strategy reduced the complication rate. The satisfaction of patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and nursing service was higher.
Conclusion   Hyperbaric oxygen therapy plays an important role in the treatment of decompression sickness, which is of great significance to ensure the therapeutic effect and improve the satisfaction of patients.
