摘要
目的 研究反思性教学结合目标教学法在重症医学科护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月于我院重症医学科实习的60例护理实习生为研究对象,按报道时间顺序随机分为结合组与常规组,常规组应用传统实习带教模式,结合组实施反思性教学结合目标教学法进行实习带教。比较实习结束后两组实习生的考核成绩、教学满意率及自我评价满意率。结果 与常规组相比,实习结束后,结合组的理论考核成绩与实操考核成绩较高、教学满意率较高,实习生的自我评价满意率较高,组间数据表现出明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论 将反思性教学结合目标教学法应用于重症医学科护理带教中,效果良好,不仅能显著提升实习生的专业素养,还能明显提升实习生的教学满意率与自我评价满意率。

Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of reflective teaching combined with target teaching method in nursing teaching in intensive care medicine. Methods A total of 60 nursing interns who interned in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the combination group and the conventional group in chronological order. The assessment results, teaching satisfaction rate and self-evaluation satisfaction rate of the two groups of interns were compared after the internship. Results Compared with the conventional group, after the internship, the theoretical assessment score and practical assessment score of the combined group were higher, the teaching satisfaction rate was higher, and the self-evaluation satisfaction rate of the interns was higher, and the data between the groups showed obvious differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of reflective teaching combined with target teaching method in the nursing teaching of intensive care medicine has a good effect, which can not only significantly improve the professional quality of interns, but also significantly improve the teaching satisfaction rate and self-evaluation satisfaction rate of interns.
