精细化护理在骨科手术室护理安全管理中的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析精细化护理在骨科手术室护理安全管理中的效果。方法 择取2023年1月-2024年12月期间在本院接受手术治疗的骨科患者中的100例为研究对象，将患者进行盲选分组，常规护理的对照组（50例）、精细化护理的观察组（50例），从手术室不良事件发生率、护理安全质量评分、护理满意度展开数据研究。结果 统计研究表明，两组患者在采取不同的护理方法后，通过精细化护理的观察组患者手术室不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，护理安全质量评分、护理满意度更高，数据差异明显，P＜0.05，存在对比意义。结论 精细化护理在骨科手术室护理安全管理中的效果良好，有效降低骨科手术室护理安全风险，减少手术室不良事件发生率，提高护理安全质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of refined nursing in the safety management of orthopedic operating room nursing.
Methods A total of 100 orthopedic patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group receiving routine nursing (50 cases) and an observation group receiving refined nursing (50 cases). Data were collected from the incidence of adverse events in the operating room, nursing safety and quality scores, and nursing satisfaction.
Results Statistical studies have shown that after adopting different nursing methods, the incidence of adverse events in the operating room of the observation group through refined nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group. The nursing safety quality score and nursing satisfaction were higher, and the data differences were significant, P＜0.05， There is a comparative significance.
Conclusion   Fine nursing has a good effect on the safety management of orthopedic operating room nursing, effectively reducing the safety risks of orthopedic operating room nursing, reducing the incidence of adverse events in the operating room, and improving the quality of nursing safety.
