摘要

目的 分析和研究在外科护理带教中实施BOPPPS教学联合迷你临床演练评估方式起到的效果和作用。方法 本次实验时间为2024年1月至2024年6月,随机选择该时间段在本院外科实习的500名护理实习生为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表方式分为对照组和观察组,奇数数字纳入对照组采用传统带教方法,偶数数字纳入观察组采用BOPPPS教学联合迷你临床演练评估方法,之后对两组护理实习生考核成绩及教学满意度等指标进行比较。结果 对比研究结果可以得知,观察组护理实习生考核成绩得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理实习生对带教持有满意态度的人数占比为95.2%,对照组为83.6%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 将BOPPPS教学与迷你临床演练方式联合应用能够有效提高外科护理带教质量,也能实现实习生综合能力提升,应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect and role of BOPPPS teaching combined with mini clinical exercise evaluation in surgical nursing teaching.
Methods The experimental time was from January 2024 to June 2024. 500 nursing interns who were practicing in the surgical department of our hospital during this period were randomly selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table. The odd-numbered ones were included in the control group and the traditional teaching method was used. The even-numbered ones were included in the observation group and the BOPPPS teaching combined with mini clinical exercise evaluation method was used. Then, the assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing interns were compared.
Results By comparing the results of the study, it can be seen that the assessment scores of the nursing interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of nursing interns in the observation group who were satisfied with the teaching was 95.2%, and that in the control group was 83.6%, with significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combined application of BOPPPS teaching and mini clinical exercises can effectively improve the quality of surgical nursing teaching and improve the comprehensive ability of interns, and has high application value.
