摘要
随着医学技术的不断进步，全膝关节置换术不仅是一项技术成熟的手术，更是许多膝关节疾病患者重拾生活希望的重要途径，它利用精密设计的人工假体，精准地替代受损的膝关节部分，重新恢复关节的正常功能。这一手术方法广泛应用于骨关节炎、类风湿性关节炎等导致的严重膝关节损伤治疗中，患者能通过手术重新站立、行走，减少了因膝关节疼痛，避免为日常活动的能力造成影响。当前人工全髋关节置换术的手术室护理已专业化和精细化，在手术中有关护理人员要保证手术室的整洁和无菌，重视监视患者的生命体征，也要重视为患者提供更为优质的手术室优质护理，注重患者的整体护理体验。手术室护理涉及的内容更加全面和精细，通过实施优质护理可以有效缓解患者的术前焦虑，提高手术配合度，促进术后快速康复。

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of medical technology, total knee arthroplasty is not only a mature surgery, but also an important way for many patients with knee joint diseases to regain hope in life. It uses precision designed artificial prostheses to accurately replace damaged knee joint parts and restore normal joint function. This surgical method is widely used in the treatment of severe knee joint injuries caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. Patients can stand and walk again through surgery, reducing knee joint pain and avoiding affecting their ability to perform daily activities. The current operating room nursing for total hip replacement surgery has become specialized and refined. During the surgery, nursing staff should ensure the cleanliness and sterility of the operating room, pay attention to monitoring the patient's vital signs, and provide better quality operating room nursing care for the patient, emphasizing the overall nursing experience of the patient. The content involved in operating room nursing is more comprehensive and refined. By implementing high-quality nursing, it can effectively alleviate patients' preoperative anxiety, improve surgical cooperation, and promote rapid postoperative recovery.
