急性白血病护理中应用多元化护理干预的价值分析

摘要

目的 分析急性白血病护理中应用多元化护理干预的价值。方法 选取2022年1月到2024年1月在我院肿瘤血液科治疗的50例急性白血病患者作为研究对象，入组时通过数字奇偶数分为两组，参照组给予常规护理，实验组在参照组基础上给予多元化护理干预，统计对比两组心理状态、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 实验组SDS、SAS评分均低于参照组（P<0.05）；实验组并发症发生率低于参照组（p＜0.05）；实验组护理满意度高于参照组（p＜0.05）。结论 急性白血病护理中应用多元化护理干预效果显著,能够提高护理质量，降低感染风险，值得临床上进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of diversified nursing intervention in acute leukemia nursing.
Methods A total of 50 patients with acute leukemia treated in the Department of Oncology and Hematology of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the odd and even numbers at the time of enrollment. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given diversified nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group. The psychological state, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.
Results The SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05); the complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (p＜0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (p＜0.05).
Conclusion   The application of diversified nursing intervention in acute leukemia nursing has a significant effect, can improve the quality of nursing, and reduce the risk of infection, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
