Standardized operation and pain management of venous blood collection technology in the physical examination department
静脉采血技术在体检科中的规范化操作与疼痛管理

摘要

目的 分析静脉采血技术在体检科中的规范化操作以及疼痛管理。方法 参与本次研究体检人员的数量为200例，起始时间为2023年1月份，截止时间为2023年12月份，研究时间为期一年，分成对照组和实验组，每组100例，对照组常规管理，时间为2023年1月份至2023年6月份，实验组为规范化操作与疼痛管理，时间为2023年7月份至2023年12月份，分析两组血液标本中因血凝固、溶血、血量不足、送检延迟的情况，评估患者的疼痛程度。结果 开展管理后，实验组血凝固、溶血、血量不足、送检延迟的情况更低，p<0.05，患者的疼痛程度更低，p<0.05。结论 在体检科，进行静脉采血的过程中，开展规范化操作和疼痛管理，可以提升血液检测质量，减轻体检人员的疼痛程度，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the standardized operation and pain management of venous blood collection technology in the physical examination department.
Methods The number of physical examination personnel participating in this study was 200, starting from January 2023 and ending in December 2023. The study lasted for one year and was divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was routinely managed from January 2023 to June 2023, and the experimental group was standardized operation and pain management from July 2023 to December 2023. The blood samples of the two groups were analyzed for blood coagulation, hemolysis, insufficient blood volume, and delayed delivery, and the pain level of the patients was evaluated.
Results After the management was carried out, the blood coagulation, hemolysis, insufficient blood volume, and delayed delivery in the experimental group were lower, p<0.05, and the pain level of the patients was lower, p<0.05.
Conclusion   In the process of venous blood collection in the physical examination department, standardized operation and pain management can improve the quality of blood testing and reduce the pain of the physical examination personnel, which is worth promoting.
