Application of alginate silver dressing combined with photon therapy device in the treatment of patients with scrotal abscess
藻酸盐银敷料联合光子治疗仪在阴囊脓肿患者治疗中的应用

摘要

目的 分析藻酸盐银敷料联合光子治疗仪在阴囊脓肿患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择我院在2023年7月份至2024年6月份收治的80例患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组藻酸盐银敷料治疗，实验组在对照组基础上提供光子治疗仪，对比两组患者的治疗效果、临床指标；疼痛程度以及并发症发生率。结果 两组患者提供不同的治疗方案后，实验组患者治疗效果优于对照组，P<0.05，评估临床指标，实验组患者临床指标优于对照组，p<0.05，对比疼痛程度和并发症，实验组患者的疼痛程度以及并发症发生率更低，p<0.05。结论 对阴囊脓肿的患者提供藻酸盐银敷料联合光子治疗仪，可以提升患者的治疗效果，改善其临床症状，减轻患者的疼痛程度，降低了并发症的产生，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of alginate silver dressing combined with photon therapy device in the treatment of patients with scrotal abscess.
Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with alginate silver dressing, and the experimental group was provided with photon therapy device on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, clinical indicators, pain degree and complication rate of the two groups were compared.
Results After providing different treatment plans for the two groups of patients, the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P<0.05. The clinical indicators were evaluated. The clinical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05. The pain degree and complication rate of the experimental group were lower, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing patients with scrotal abscess with alginate silver dressing combined with photon therapy can improve the treatment effect, improve clinical symptoms, relieve the pain of patients, and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worth promoting.
