病例导入式教学联合见习带教问题法对ICU护理实习生批判思维及认知能力的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析病例导入式教学联合见习带教问题法对ICU护理实习生批判思维及认知能力的影响。方法 时间:2024年7月至2024年11月,对象:ICU护生共40例,分组:随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规教学,观察组采用病例导入式教学联合见习带教问题法进行教学,对比两组批判性思维能力以及认知能力。结果 观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 病例导入式教学联合见习带教问题法可显著改善ICU护生批判思维能力以及认知能力,值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of case-led teaching and joint trainee teaching problem method on the critical thinking and cognitive ability of ICU nursing interns.
Methods time: July 2024 to November 2024, object: 40 ICU nursing students, group: randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group adopts routine teaching, and observation group adopts the case-led teaching combined with trainee teaching problem method for teaching, and compared the two groups of critical thinking ability and cognitive ability.
Results The observed group was better than the control group with P <0.05.
Conclusion   The case-introduction teaching and the joint trainee teaching problem method can significantly improve the critical thinking ability and cognitive ability of ICU nursing students, which is worth promotion and application.
