摘要
目的 探讨在冠心病患者中采取中医护理技术对患者心理、睡眠和生活质量的干预效果。方法 选取本院在2022.6-2023.6收治的108例冠心病患者，根据随机抽样法分组，试验组（54例，中医护理技术干预方案），对照组（54例，常规内科护理干预方案）。对比两组的护理质量。结果 干预3个月后试验组的SDS、SAS与PSQI评分均低于对照组，且SF-36评分比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 在冠心病患者中采取中医护理技术进行干预能够显著改善患者的身心健康程度。

Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques on the psychological, sleep, and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 108 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from June 2026 to June 2023 were randomly divided into an experimental group (54 cases, with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention plan) and a control group (54 cases, with conventional internal medicine nursing intervention plan). Compare the nursing quality between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the SDS, SAS, and PSQI scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention with traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques can significantly improve the physical and mental health of patients with coronary heart disease.
