摘要
目的 探讨在健康体检中采用微信平台进行护理管理的应用价值。方法 选取本院体检中心在2023年12月至2024年12月进行健康体检的60例受检者,根据奇偶数法分组为2组,对照组(实施常规体检护理管理,30例),观察组(实施以微信平台为护理基础的体检护理管理,30例)。比较两组的总体检用时、受检者对体检服务的满意度,并统计比较两组的体检护理总投诉率和体检期间受检者的不良事件发生情况。结果 观察组的总体检用时比对照组更短,且受检者对体检服务(体检流程、等候时间、服务态度)满意度评价更高,受检者的不良反应(晕血、低血糖、跌倒)发生率和体检护理总投诉率更低(P<0.05)。结论 在健康体检护理管理中以微信平台作为沟通渠道能有效提高体检效率和安全性,有助于提高受检者的体检服务满意度,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of using WeChat platform for nursing management in health checkups. Methods Sixty subjects who underwent health examinations at the physical examination center of our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the odd even method: the control group (implementing routine physical examination nursing management, 30 cases) and the observation group (implementing physical examination nursing management based on WeChat platform, 30 cases). Compare the total examination time and satisfaction of the examinees with the examination services between the two groups, and statistically compare the total complaint rate of the examination nursing and the occurrence of adverse events during the examination period between the two groups. Results The total physical examination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the satisfaction evaluation of the physical examination service (physical examination process, waiting time, service attitude) was higher among the subjects. The incidence of adverse reactions (dizziness, hypoglycemia, falls) and the total complaint rate of physical examination nursing were lower among the subjects (P<0.05). Conclusion Using WeChat platform as a communication channel in health examination nursing management can effectively improve examination efficiency and safety, and help improve the satisfaction of examinees with examination services. It is worth promoting.
