Effect of nursing intervention on relieving negative emotions and pain in emergency patients with urinary calculi after pain
护理干预对缓解急诊泌尿系结石患者疼痛后的负性情绪及疼痛的效果

摘要

目的 研究护理干预在减轻急诊泌尿系结石患者疼痛及其对随后负性情绪影响的效果。方法 选取我院所接纳的60例急诊泌尿系结石患者作为研究对象。遵循随机化分配原则，将他们分为两组：对照组（30名，实施常规性护理）与研究组（30名，采纳护理干预）。系统性地搜集、整理并分析比较两组病患的护理成效。结果 与对照组相比，研究组的疼痛评分呈现明显下降；此外，研究组在负性情绪评分方面也表现出显著降低，上述所有差异均达到了统计学显著水平（P＜0.05）。结论 针对急诊泌尿系结石患者，实施护理干预策略能够显著减轻患者的疼痛感，优化其负性情绪状态，同时增强整体的护理效果。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in relieving pain and subsequent negative emotions in patients with emergency urinary calculi.
Methods 60 patients with emergency urinary calculi admitted to our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the principle of randomization, they were divided into two groups: control group (30 participants, receiving routine care) and study group (30 participants, receiving nursing intervention). The nursing effects of the two groups were systematically collected, sorted out, analyzed and compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the pain score of the study group decreased significantly. In addition, the study group also showed a significant decrease in the negative emotion score, and all the above differences reached the statistically significant level (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with emergency urinary calculi, the implementation of nursing intervention strategies can significantly reduce the pain of patients, optimize their negative emotional state, and enhance the overall nursing effect.
