Study on the application effect of personalized nursing in bedside blood purification for critically ill patients
个性化护理在危重症患者床旁血液净化中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 研究分析危重症患者接受床旁血液净化治疗时给予个性化护理干预的价值，为后续临床干预提供相应的参考。方法 样本对象为2023年1月至2024年4月期间在我院接受床旁血液净化治疗的60例危重症患者，随机分为对照和观察组。对照组接受一般性护理，观察组接受个性化护理，对比两组心理压力、护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果 观察组的焦虑和抑郁程度低于对照组；观察组护理满意度和并发症发生率分别为100.00%及3.33%，对照组分别为83.33%及13.33%，以上数据差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 危重症患者床旁血液净化治疗时加入个性化护理能够协助治疗，缓解患者心理压力，具有推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the value of personalized nursing interventions for critically ill patients receiving bedside blood purification therapy, and provide corresponding references for subsequent clinical interventions.
Methods The sample subjects were 60 critically ill patients who received bedside blood purification treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to April 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received general care, while the observation group received personalized care. The psychological stress, nursing satisfaction, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The anxiety and depression levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; The nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications in the observation group were 100.00% and 3.33%, respectively, while those in the control group were 83.33% and 13.33%, respectively. The differences in these data were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adding personalized nursing to bedside blood purification therapy for critically ill patients can assist in treatment, alleviate patients' psychological pressure, and has value for promotion and application.
