连贯性护理健康教育在慢性宫颈炎护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析在慢性宫颈炎患者中开展连贯性护理健康教育的应用效果。方法 随机抽取2023年3月至2024年3月期间我院收治的慢性宫颈炎患者40例，根据随机数字表法将患者分成观察组和对照组各有20例，给予对照组患者常规护理服务，给予观察组患者连贯性护理健康教育干预，将两组护理效果进行详细对比分析。结果 与对照组最终结果比较后显示，观察组患者对疾病知识掌握度、遵医行为以及自我管理能力均已得到显著提升，患者的焦虑情绪得到显著改善，症状改善所用时间也明显缩短，最终患者的生活质量评分较高（P＜0.05）。结论 对慢性宫颈炎患者及时开展连贯性护理健康教育干预，可进一步提升临床护理服务质量以及患者的认知度，增强患者的遵医行为和自我管理能力，从而能够促进疾病治愈效率，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of coherent nursing health education in patients with chronic cervicitis.
Methods randomly selected during March 2023 to March 2024 patients with chronic cervicitis, according to the random number table method patients into observation group and control group has 20 cases, give control group patients routine nursing services, give observation group patients coherent nursing health education intervention, the two groups of nursing effect detailed comparative analysis.
Results After comparison with the final results of the control group, the mastery of disease knowledge, compliance behavior and self-management ability had been significantly improved, the anxiety of patients was significantly improved, the time used for symptom improvement was significantly shortened, and the final quality of life score was high (P <0.05).
Conclusion   Timely coherent nursing health education intervention for chronic cervicitis patients can further enhance the quality of clinical nursing service and patients 'awareness, enhance patients' compliance behavior and self-management ability, so as to promote the efficiency of disease cure and improve the quality of life of patients.
