Observation on the effect of TCM promoting blood circulation and removing stasis in the treatment of uterine fibroids and TCM syndrome integration
中医活血化瘀法在子宫肌瘤治疗中应用效果及中医证候积分观察

摘要

目的 探究中医活血化妆瘀法在子宫肌瘤治疗中的效果，评估患者中医证候积分。方法 选择我院在2023年4月份至2024年4月份收治的60子宫肌瘤患者进行研究，依据患者入院时间的先后顺序分成对照组和实验组，每组30例患者，对照组患者提供西医治疗；实验组患者提供中医活血化瘀法治疗，评估两组患者的治疗效果，中医证候积分，明确患者治疗前后的激素水平。结果 实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组，p<0.05，治疗后，实验组患者中医证候积分显佳，p<0.05，治疗后，实验组患者激素水平更稳定，p<0.05。结论 为子宫肌瘤患者提供中医活血化瘀法治疗，可以提升患者治疗效果，改善患者中医证候积分，促进激素水平的恢复，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of TCM method of promoting blood circulation and making up blood stasis in the treatment of uterine fibroids, and evaluate the TCM syndrome score of patients.
Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected for study. According to the order of admission time, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were provided with Western medicine treatment. The experimental group was treated with TCM method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The therapeutic effect and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were evaluated, and the hormone levels of the patients before and after treatment were determined.
Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05; after treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was better, p<0.05; After treatment, the hormone level of the experimental group was more stable, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing traditional Chinese medicine to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis for patients with uterine fibroids can improve the therapeutic effect of patients, improve the TCM syndrome score of patients, and promote the recovery of hormone levels, which is worth advocating.
