Effect of targeted nursing intervention on treatment of secretory otitis media by tympanocentesis
针对性护理干预对鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎的影响

摘要

目的 探究针对性护理干预对鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎的影响。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年12月在我院收治的100例分泌性中耳炎患者作为研究对象，采用简单随机分配法将研究对象分为一般组和实验组，每组50例。一般患者应用常规护理，实验组患者在一般组的基础上应用针对性护理。对比两组的心理状态、治疗效果、护理满意度。结果 （1）护理后，实验组心理状态改善程度优于一般组（P＜0.05）。（2）实验组治疗效果总有效率高于一般组（P＜0.05）；（3）实验组患者满意度明显高于一般组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性护理干预显著改善了患者的心理状态，提高了治疗配合度，加速了术后恢复，并提升了护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on the treatment of secretory otitis media by tympanocentesis.
Methods A total of 100 patients with secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and the study objects were divided into general group and experimental group by simple random allocation method, with 50 cases in each group. General patients should be treated with routine care, and experimental patients should be treated with targeted care on the basis of general group. The psychological state, therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results (1) After nursing, the improvement of mental state of the experimental group was better than that of the general group (P < 0.05). (2) The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the general group (P < 0.05); (3) The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the general group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing intervention can significantly improve patients' psychological state, improve treatment cooperation, accelerate postoperative recovery, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
