Observation study on the nursing effect of pain nursing program on elderly female patients with osteoporosis
疼痛护理方案对老年女性骨质疏松患者护理效果观察研究

摘要

目的 分析老年女性骨质疏松患者护理中应用疼痛护理方案的效果。方法 以骨质疏松患者为研究对象的选取方向，于2023年7月-2024年7月从本院收治的老年女性骨质疏松患者中抽取90例进行分析，整理所有患者的临床资料后完成小组建立；设立两个小组，分别为研究组和参照组，分别使用常规护理、疼痛护理；依据“双盲选”法将所有患者均分入两组，各组45例。护理后观察患者的疼痛情况、生活质量并调查护理满意度，记录相关数据完成组间比较。结果 护理前组间疼痛比较无较大数据差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），护理后两组均降低，研究组降低幅度高于参照组，数据差异显著且有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的生活质量和护理满意度比较，研究组比参照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 针对老年女性骨质疏松患者采用疼痛护理方法，不仅能够缓解患者的疼痛，还能够提高其生活质量和护理满意度，借鉴价值颇高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of pain care program in the care of elderly female patients with osteoporosis.
Methods Taking osteoporosis patients as the research subjects, 90 cases were selected from the elderly female osteoporosis patients admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 for analysis, and the clinical data of all patients were compiled and completed. Group establishment; set up two groups, the research group and the reference group, using routine care and pain care respectively; all patients were divided into two groups according to the "double-blind selection" method, with 45 cases in each group. After nursing, the patient's pain and quality of life were observed and nursing satisfaction was investigated, and relevant data were recorded to complete comparisons between groups.
Results There was no significant difference in pain between the groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, both groups decreased, and the reduction in the study group was higher than that in the reference group. The data difference was significant and statistically significant (P <0.05). Comparing the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients, the research group was higher than the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of pain care methods for elderly female patients with osteoporosis can not only relieve the patients' pain, but also improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which is of high reference value.
