神经内科患者的安全用药护理研究

摘要

目的 探讨分析对神经内科患者的安全用药护理策略及效果。方法 本次研究于神经内科中开展，总计选取86例患者作为研究对象，是神经内科在2023年4月至2024年4月收治。对86例患者进行分组，分组方法依照患者的入科顺序，最终分配为2组，即对照组、观察组，每组43例，在护理期间分别实施常规护理、用药安全管理程序，比较用药安全缺陷事件、患者满意度。结果 经数据统计显示，实施用药安全管理程序的观察组，用药安全缺陷事件发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；在满意度方面，观察组患者的满意度评分明显较高（P＜0.05）。结论 对神经内科患者实施安全用药管理程序有助于提高用药安全管理水平，并可提升患者满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing strategy and effect of safe medication for patients in neurology department.
Methods This study was carried out in the Department of Neurology, and a total of 86 patients were selected as research objects, and were admitted to the department of Neurology from April 2023 to April 2024. The 86 patients were divided into two groups according to the admission order of the patients, namely the control group and the observation group, with 43 cases in each group. During the nursing period, routine nursing and drug safety management procedures were respectively implemented, and drug safety defect events and patient satisfaction were compared.
Results According to the data statistics, the incidence of drug safety defects in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In terms of satisfaction, the satisfaction score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of safe medication management procedures for neurology patients is helpful to improve the level of safe medication management and improve patient satisfaction.
