Application effect of operating room system nursing in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia
手术室系统护理在行全身麻醉手术老年患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析讨论手术室系统护理在行全身麻醉手术老年患者中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2023年1月-2024年4月所接收的80例行全身麻醉手术老年患者为研究对象，平均分为观察组（手术室系统护理）与对照组（手术室常规护理），将两组患者术后苏醒情况与镇静、苏醒评分进行对比。结果 观察组术后恢复呼吸时长、拔管时长与完成指令时长以及睁眼时长（11.02±1.34min，20.64±2.34min，17.41±2.19min，16.12±2.33min）均比对照组早，Riker镇静躁动评估分数（4.21±1.32分，3.45±1.14分，2.18±1.21分）要比对照组低，Steward苏醒评估分数（3.72±0.32分，4.45±0.47分，5.96±0.27分）比对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 手术室系统护理对行全身麻醉手术老年患者实施的效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of operating room system nursing in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia.
Methods 80 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the observation group (operating room system nursing) and the control group (operating room routine nursing), and the postoperative recovery of patients in the two groups were compared with sedation and recovery scores.
Results The recovery breathing time, extubation time, instruction completion time and eye opening time (11.02±1.34min, 20.64±2.34min, 17.41±2.19min, 16.12±2.33min) in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group. Riker sedative agitation scores (4.21±1.32 points, 3.45±1.14 points, 2.18±1.21 points) were lower than those of control group, Steward awakening scores (3.72±0.32 points, 4.45±0.47 points, 5.96±0.27 points) were higher than those of control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of operating room system nursing on the elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia is obvious, and it is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
