基于实景体验的健康教育在老年股骨颈骨折患者康复护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探索老年股骨颈骨折患者康复护理过程中实施基于实景体验健康教育的应用效果,并观察医疗价值。方法 挑选近五年收治老年股骨颈骨折患者为观察样本,涉及人数80例,为患者讲解实验目的后引导其自行选择入组,即实施常规护理的对照组(n=40)、常规护理基础上给与实景体验健康教育措施的观察组(n=40),分别记录两组患者干预前后实验涉及数据指标,并完成分析比对,观察结果表现。结果 经不同干预后两组患者相关数据呈现较大差异,观察组知信行得分、自我护理能力、Harris 髋关节功能评分、治疗依从性数据皆优于对照组,实施统计学分析P值均可见<0.05标准。结论 老年股骨颈骨折患者康复护理中实施基于实景体验的健康教育措施可明显提高患者自我护理能力,改善知信行认知水平,对治疗依从性的维护具有积极意义,更利用肢体功能恢复,值得推广借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of experience-based health education in the rehabilitation nursing process of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, and observe the medical value.
Methods 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in the past five years were selected as observation samples. After explaining the experimental purpose, the patients were guided to choose their own groups, namely the control group with routine nursing (n=40) and the observation group with real experience health education measures based on routine nursing (n=40). Data indexes involved in the experiment before and after the intervention were recorded in the two groups respectively, and the analysis and comparison were completed to observe the results.
Results After different interventions, there were significant differences in the relevant data between the two groups. The score of knowledge and practice, self-care ability, Harris hip function score and treatment compliance in the observation group were all better than those in the control group. Statistical analysis showed that P values were all <0.05 standard.
Conclusion   The implementation of health education measures based on real experience in the rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can significantly improve the patients' self-care ability and improve the cognition level of knowledge, belief and action, which has positive significance for the maintenance of treatment compliance, and also makes use of limb function recovery, which is worthy of popularization and reference.
