To study the clinical value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in rehabilitation nursing of patients with knee osteoarthritis after total knee arthroplasty
研究加速康复外科理念在膝骨关节炎患者全膝关节置换术后康复护理中的临床价值

摘要

目的 分析加速康复外科理念在膝骨关节炎患者全膝关节置换术后康复护理中的临床价值。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年12月本院收治的120例膝骨关节炎患者，均接受全膝关节置换术治疗，以手术先后顺序分组，各60例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组于此基础上加入加速康复外科理念干预。对比两组疼痛情况、术后并发症情况、膝关节评分（HSS）、日常生活能力（Barthel指数）、生活质量（SF-36评分）。结果 与对照组相比，观察组术后疼痛显著降低（P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率更低（P<0.05）；观察组HSS评分、Barthel指数、生活质量评分较对照组显著提升（P<0.05）。结论 加速康复外科理念的实施，能够显著缓解行全膝关节置换术的膝骨关节炎患者的术后疼痛感，降低术后并发症发生风险，提高其膝关节功能与日常生活能力，提升生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in rehabilitation nursing of patients with knee osteoarthritis after total knee replacement.
Methods A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected, all of whom received total knee arthroplasty, and were divided into 60 patients in each order of operation. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was supplemented with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery. Pain, postoperative complications, knee joint score (HSS), ability of daily living (Barthel index) and quality of life (SF-36 score) were compared between the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the postoperative pain in the observation group was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group (P<0.05). HSS score, Barthel index and quality of life score of observation group were significantly increased compared with control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can significantly relieve the postoperative pain of knee osteoarthritis patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, improve their knee function and daily living ability, and improve their quality of life.
