摘要
目的 本次研究对整形美容切口术患者应用实施A型肉毒素时所展现的实施效果与实施价值。方法此次临床研究观察对象均为2022年1月-2024年1月期间我院中收治的整形美容切口术患者，共计50例，根据奇偶数随机原则将患者平均分为对照组和观察组，分别应用常规治疗和A型肉毒素治疗，并观察对比两组患者的修复效果、修复有效率、并发症发生率和皮肤状态。结果 经过数据分析，对照组患者的修复有效率（77.78%）、并发症发生率（33.33%）；观察组患者的修复有效率（100.00%）、并发症发生率（11.11%）；对比研究发现，观察组的患者在修复效果、修复有效率和皮肤状态上都更好，但并发症发生率却更低，组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 对整形美容切口术患者应用实施A型肉毒素能够很好地改善患者的修复效果和皮肤状态，提高有效率的同时还降低了并发症的发生率，值得大范围推广建议提倡。

Abstract
Objective To study the effect and value of botulinum toxin type A in patients undergoing cosmetic incision surgery. Methods The observation objects of this clinical study were all 50 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 for cosmetic incision surgery. The patients were evenly divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of odd and even randomization, and were respectively treated with conventional treatment and botox type A treatment. The repair effect, repair efficiency, complication rate and skin status of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After data analysis, the repair effective rate (77.78%) and complication rate (33.33%) in control group; The repair effective rate (100.00%) and complication rate (11.11%) in observation group; The comparative study found that patients in the observation group had better repair effect, repair efficiency and skin condition, but the complication rate was lower, and the inter-group value P < 0.05 indicated comparative significance. Conclusion The application of type A botulinum toxin to patients undergoing cosmetic incision surgery can improve the repair effect and skin status of patients, improve the efficiency and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of widespread promotion and suggestion.
