Application of nursing quality and safety management in reducing nursingcomplications of intravenous therapy
应用护理质量与安全管理在降低静脉治疗护理并发症中的作用研究

摘要

目的 分析应用护理质量与安全管理对减少静脉治疗中并发症的效果。方法 选取2014年7月~12月（实施护理质量与安全管理前）于我院进行静脉治疗的1359例患者纳入对照组。选取2023年10月~2024年3月（实施护理质量与安全管理后）于我院进行静脉治疗的1877例患者纳入研究组。比较两组的穿刺部位选择合格率、穿刺用具选择合格率、用药调配流程不良事件发生率、静脉治疗并发症发生率。结果 研究组的穿刺部位选择合格率、穿刺用具选择合格率、输液不良事件发生率均高于对照组，静脉治疗并发症发生率低于对照组，其差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用护理质量与安全管理能有效提高静脉治疗护理质量，提高穿刺部位与穿刺用具的选择合格率，减少用药调配流程不良事件发生，减少静脉治疗并发症的发生。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing quality and safety management on reducing complications in intravenous therapy.
Methods 1359 patients who received intravenous therapy in our hospital from July to December 2014 (before the implementation of nursing quality and safety management) were included in the control group. A total of 1877 patients who received intravenous therapy in our hospital from October 2023 to March 2024 (after the implementation of nursing quality and safety management) were included in the study group. The qualified rate of puncture site selection, puncture equipment selection, adverse event rate of drug allocation process and complication rate of intravenous therapy were compared between the two groups.
Results The qualified rate of puncture site selection, puncture equipment selection and infusion adverse event incidence in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the complication rate of intravenous therapy was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of nursing quality and safety management can effectively improve the nursing quality of intravenous therapy, improve the qualified rate of selection of puncture site and puncture equipment, reduce the occurrence of adverse events during drug allocation, and reduce the occurrence of complications of intravenous therapy.
