Hidden danger and preventive measures of nursing safety in ENT surgery
耳鼻喉手术中的护理安全隐患及防范措施

摘要

目的 探讨耳鼻喉手术中各项潜在的安全隐患，并制定针对性护理预防措施。方法 此次研究共选取110例患者进行对比实验，采取摇号方式将其分为对照组与观察组两个组别，对照组与观察组各55例患者，前者采取常规护理模式，后者分析护理安全隐患并实施预防性护理手段，比较两组临床应用效果。结果 经实验结果显示，护理干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分经对比相对较为均衡（P＞0.05）；但护理后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组及护理前（P＜0.05）；与此同时，相比对照组，观察组护理质量各维度评分明显较高（P＜0.05）。结论 在患者行耳鼻喉手术期间存在较多安全隐患，对此还应当分析主要引发因素，并采取对应防范措施，实施预防护理可有效提高护理质量，改善患者负性情绪。

Abstract

Objective To explore the potential safety hazards in ENT surgery, and to develop targeted nursing and preventive measures.
Methods In this study, a total of 110 patients were selected for comparative experiment, and they were divided into two groups, control group and observation group, 55 patients in each group, the former took routine nursing mode, the latter analyzed nursing safety hazards and implemented preventive nursing means, and compared the clinical application effect of the two groups.
Results The results showed that the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were relatively balanced before nursing intervention (P > 0.05). However, SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group and before nursing (P < 0.05). At the same time, the nursing quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   There are many safety hazards in patients undergoing ENT surgery. The main factors should be analyzed and corresponding preventive measures should be taken. Preventive nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing and improve patients' negative emotions.
