摘要
目的 对综合性医院临床护理的心理压力成因进行分析，明确解压对策。方法 选择在2023年1月份至2023年12月份在我院工作的40名护理人员进行研究，其中2023年1月份至2023年6月份未对护理人员的心理压力进行分析，为对照组，2023年7月份至2023年12月份对护理人员的心理压力进行分析，并制定了相应的干预措施，分析干预前后护理人员的心理压力。结果 干预后，护理人员的心理压力减轻，p<0.05组间差异存在。结论 在综合性医院，临床护理人员的心理压力明显高于非临床的护理人员，有效的改善护理人员的工作环境，定期组织护理人员进行培训，缓解其压力十分重要。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of psychological stress in clinical nursing in general hospitals and clarify the countermeasures for decompression. Methods A total of 40 nursing staff working in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected for the study, in which the psychological pressure of nursing staff was not analyzed from January 2023 to June 2023, and the psychological pressure of nursing staff was analyzed from July 2023 to December 2023. Corresponding intervention measures were developed to analyze the psychological pressure of nursing staff before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the psychological stress of nursing staff was reduced, and there was a difference between p<0.05 groups. Conclusion In general hospitals, the psychological pressure of clinical nursing staff is significantly higher than that of non-clinical nursing staff. It is very important to improve the working environment of nursing staff effectively and organize regular training for nursing staff to relieve their pressure.
