Observation on the nursing effect of seamless nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease
无缝隙护理对老年冠心病患者护理效果观察

摘要

目的 探究无缝隙护理对老年冠心病患者护理效果观察。方法 采用随机数字表法，选取我院2023年5月-2024年5月接收的老年冠心病患者100例作为本次实验的研究对象。采取抽签的方式将这100名患者均分为对照组患者和实验组患者各50例。其中对照组患者进行常规护理，实验组患者在此基础上追加无缝隙护理，经过一段时间的治疗护理后对比两组患者的护理满意度和生活质量评分。结果 经过一段时间的治疗护理后，对照组患者护理满意度和生活质量评分均低于实验组患者。结论 无缝隙护理对老年冠心病患者护理效果显著，患者的康复进程明显加快，患者家属的护理满意度较高，有助于医护人员的工作效率提升，值得在临床大规模推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing effect of seamless nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods Using a random number table method, 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects for this experiment. These 100 patients were evenly divided into a control group of 50 patients and an experimental group of 50 patients by drawing lots. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received additional seamless care. After a period of treatment and care, the nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results After a period of treatment and nursing, the nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the control group patients were lower than those of the experimental group patients.
Conclusion   seamless nursing has a significant nursing effect on elderly patients with coronary heart disease, with a significantly accelerated recovery process and higher satisfaction from patient families. It helps improve the work efficiency of medical staff and is worth promoting on a large scale in clinical practice.
